This game, expected for Wednesday, May 29, will give anyone with a Netflix subscription the opportunity to escape “into the comfort and beauty of Virgin River to find romance and companionship where you least expect it” . “Stuck in a dead-end job and nursing a broken heart, you know you have to make a change. When destiny leads you to Virgin River, what begins as a short journey turns into so much more. Interact with your favorite characters and make choices that help you discover what’s missing in your life: community, fulfillment, and ultimately, true love,” reads the official description. A plot totally inspired by that of Mel, the heroine of the series played by Alexandra Breckenridge.
Virgin River season 6 not expected to release until 2025 on Netflix
This new mobile game will be an opportunity for Virgin River fans to wait before discovering the rest of the adventures of Mel, Jack and the other inhabitants of the town. Although no official release date has yet been communicated, we already know that season 6 will not arrive on Netflix before 2025. Like Wednesday and Stranger Things, the romantic series does not appear among the programs announced for this year, due to the actors’ and writers’ strike which hit the Hollywood industry in 2023.
