Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) is set to be left horrified in upcoming EastEnders scenes when ex-husband Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) springs an evil trap on his family.

Suki and Nish have been at war ever since she found the courage to leave him, bringing their marriage to a definitive end.

Things got even more complicated when Nish revealed that he was dying, and later confessed to grandson Nugget Gulati (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) that his dying wish was to have Suki by his side.

However, Suki has made her hatred of him very clear, and has teamed up with son Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) to get her hands on Nish’s inheritance once he’s dead.

Little do they know, Nish has a cunning plan of his own.

In upcoming scenes, Nish will stage a handover of cash between Vinny and employee Harti in a bid to frame his son for the money laundering at the chicken shop.

Always suspicious of Nish’s motives, Suki issue Vinny a warning, which he is quick to ignore in favour of following Nish’s orders.

As Vinny heads to an unknown drop-off point, Suki meets with Harti, who reveals that Nish has tipped off the police and they are set to arrest Vinny when he arrives.

Horrified Suki is quick to intervene, and soon Vinny heads back to No.41, where Suki begs him to flee Walford.

As Vinny jumps into a cab, they both think he’s in the clear – unaware that it’s a trap…

As he realises he has been set up, Vinny pales, while Suki grows panicked when she doesn’t hear from him.

Has Nish won, or will Suki and Vinny find a way out of his trap?
