but the woman that he has loved for years is changing so fast now,

Maybe Thomas is too hot for Hope, and it woke up something inside of Hope, and now Hope is like another woman, she always thinks about Thomas. But the problems could be worse than we think, maybe this change in her is the result of some medical or mental health issue.

Hope and Thomas continue on with their secret affair, but spoilers suggest this is not the Hope who Thomas first fell in love with. Now Hope doesn’t want to jump into a relationship with Thomas, she just sees him as a bedroom partner and a secret lover, that’s what Thomas doesn’t want to be.

Hope is just using Thomas’s heart to make her feel satisfied and forget about her husband Liam, maybe Hope doesn’t have feelings for Thomas at all. This time, Thomas will stop Hope and make it clear to her that he only wants a family with her, not this type of relationship

Hope will be shocked by it, she just wants Thomas with her in bed, and she doesn’t think about the future with him now.
