Emmerdale lines up another intense week of drama, as confirmed in my new picture gallery, with an unexpected arrest made in the Tom King (James Chase) saga.
Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is left reeling when she learns that Cain (Jeff Hordley) told Zak (Steve Halliwell) about Tom’s abuse before he died.
Her reaction to the news leaves her loved ones concerned and, when a bunch of condolence letters arrive with no name on them, Belle wonders if Tom is trying to taunt her.
Such a thing concern Lydia (Karen Blick) and Sam (James Hotton) and matters are complicated further when Belle breaks her bail conditions to speak to Tom about the incident.
The former events panner is subsequently arrested and told that, if she goes near Tom again, she’ll be sent to prison.
Afterwards, Belle’s head is full of voices and Lydia comes to realise the extent of her mental anguish.
Will the family be able to help Belle? And will Tom finally get his comeuppance?
Elsewhere, Helen’s will reading approaches and Caleb Miligan (William Ash) worries that his secret will be exposed.
A secret does come to light but it’s not that one, with Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) left reeling to discover that Helen was in touch with her daughter Stephanie. Will this leave Ruby detained to track down Stephanie after all?

Emmerdale lines up another action-packed week, with an arrest and a big discovery on the cards (Picture: ITV)
Up at Butlers, Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) receives a new date for her brain tumour operation and she soon starts to worry about the tough journey ahead, asking a big favour of Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick).
The question is: what will Vanessa have to say?
It’s going to be an emotional week for the residents of the nation’s most famous fictional TV village so best not to miss a second of the drama!
