EastEnders fans horrified as they spot distracting detail in Priya and Nish scene

EastEnders fans were left squirming at their screens as Priya Nandra-Hart seduced her former father-in-law Nish Panesar.

The character, played by Sophie Khan Levy, made her debut last year with daughter Avani (Aaliyah James). The pair rocked up as the ex-girlfriend and daughter of Ravi (Aaron Thiara).

At the time, Ravi had no idea he had a secret daughter – leaving him and the rest of the Panesar family stunned. And it didn’t take long for Priya and Avani to cause plenty of drama.

Between the Panesar family drama and her own romance troubles, her time in the square has not been short of chaos. And it appears things are set to get even more dramatic.

Bad guy Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) recently made his return to the soap – revealing to his family that he is dying. The news divided the Panesar clan – with Ravi and Vinny putting their feud in the past.

And in the latest episode released on iPlayer on Monday (July 1), Priya made an unexpected proposal to Nish in a bid to secure a stronger financial future for her family.

After being caught using Suki’s credit card by her daughter Avani, Priya was warned not to ruin their settled family life with the Panesars. She then decided to take matters into her own hands and promised to make Nish’s last few months “enjoyable” – but for a fee.

Nish shut her down at first, but after watching ex-wife Suki and girlfriend Eve looking loved-up, he quickly changed his mind. At No. 41, Nish told Priya she was a “bad girl” and to take her top off – and finalising the deal, the pair locked lips.

It’s fair to say fans watching at home were left squirming. One person on a Reddit thread wrote: “feel like I need to wash my eyes out after today’s episode why Priya.”

A second penned: “Did I smoke something I wasn’t supposed to because what the f*** was this episode.” However, other fans were quickly left distracted during the scene.

Nish and Priya’s passionate smooch was witnessed by his grandson and her teenage son, Nugget, who was outside. The youngster then collapsed to the floor, following the effects of his recent steroid use.

Another viewer recanted to what Nugget saw and said: “Imagine seeing your mum cop off with your grandad…” A second proclaimed: “Getting off with the mother of your grandkids, it’s just filth like wtf is going on.”
