The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will decide to trust his instincts and get away from

all the family drama at Newman Enterprises.

Although Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants Nick to slide in the co-CEO spot and help Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) run the company, Nick will opt out and help Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) instead.

That’ll be music to Sharon’s ears since she could really use Nick’s help at Kirsten Incorporated.

Once Nick informs Sharon that he’s all in, they can start nailing down plans and figure out exactly what they hope to achieve.

Sharon wants to do something good with the company Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) left her after having such a rotten experience with him.

Since Sharon and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) barely survived their last interaction with Cameron, this is a way to overcome those awful memories and put some positivity back into the world.

It’ll offset the damage Cameron tried to do and give Sharon a new sense of purpose.

Unfortunately, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will grow increasingly uncomfortable over all the time Nick’s spending with his ex-wife.

It’ll take a lot of work to reboot Kirsten Incorporated and make Sharon’s vision a reality.

The more Nick devotes himself to Sharon’s project, the more Sally’s going to feel neglected.

Since Sally is suddenly becoming insecure about Nick and Sharon’s relationship, there must be a reason for that.

Could Y&R writers indeed plan to let Sharon and Nick grow closer on the job?

Nick and Sharon will be bonding on a deeper level as they enjoy the freedom of doing business on their terms.

It’ll be liberating and exciting on top of an already powerful connection.

Sharon and Nick could easily find themselves kissing if they stay on this path, so that could give them a secret and something to mull over.

In other words, the lines could start to blur when it comes to what’s personal and professional as Nick and Sharon kick off their new partnership.
